  1. Patients should be evaluated every 3 to 12 months. The evaluation should include:
  2. ‚Ä¢ Physical examination. 
  3. ‚Ä¢ 24-hour urine 5-HIAA levels. 
  4. ‚Ä¢ Chest x-ray. 
  5. ‚Ä¢ Abdominal CT scan , if required.
